01. Are you company produce aerosol products only?
Answer: We are manufacturer factory produce mini type, wall mounted type, floor standing type and portable type of aerosol fire extinguisher or its systems, furthermore, we also produce FM200 fire suppression systems, Super-fine ABC dry chemical powder fire extinguishing system, fire detecting tube fire protection system and their accessories.

02. What is your main market at present?
Answer: At present our main market is Asia, South America, Africa, Some Europe countries, Middle East, except America and Russia.

03. What is the lead time of your products?
Answer: for sample: 3 days to produce, and 5 to 7 days by express or by air; for bulk order: 5 to 7 days to produce, and 5 to 7 days by express or by air, 10 to 30 days by sea.

04. If we cooperate with you, can we have our own brand?
Answer: Yes you can have your own brand, we provide OEM/ODM/Labeling service, for OEM/ODM/Labeling service we have requirement for MOQ, we can discuss about MOQ quantity with you.

05. Does there is a R&D department in your company?
Answer: Yes we have R&D department with 15 staff, we can design new products as per special requirement if necessary.

06. How is your company’s product quality control?
Answer: We have a dedicated quality inspection department with over 20 personnel. We conduct strict testing on each raw material, process, and finished product, and our product qualification rate reaches 99.9%.

07. How about your after sales service?
Answer: We offer with service of free replacement, if you find out the cargo or goods with any defect, and we can teach you how to operate and install our products. If the product has quality issues within 2 years, and we will replace it for free.

08. What types of payment you accept?
Answer: We accept payment of T/T, B/L at sight, D/P, D/A, PayPal, Western Union, Escrow etc.

09. What is the quotation valid time, and what if it is a large project with long bidding time?
Answer: 60 days, for large project with long bidding time then our quotation valid time can be last for 12 months.

10. Can you offer with EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR price?
Answer: All EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF price available. But we mostly quote with FOB price, if need to include transportation cost and/or insurance we can add them according to actual cargo volume and cargo weight.

11. Can you offer us some samples? How long does it usually take for the sample to be sent out?
Answer: According to our company policy, samples are chargeable and payable, because our products are with high value, every product have high production cost and with high material cost, also we every month have to pay a reasonable salary for them.
So thanks for your understanding that we can offer with payable samples, but not free samples.
The sample delivery time is generally 7 to 10 days after placing the order.

12. Do your products support a Third-Party testing and inspection, such as SGS？
Answer: Of course, we support testing and certification by any third-party company, we welcome professional certification and testing institutions such as SGS and TUV to inspect the factory.

13. Does the aerosol fire extinguishing systems are Dangerous Cargo?
Answer: Yes it is dangerous cargo class 9, UN 3178, so the sea freight or air freight will be much more higher than that of a common cargo.

14. What is the packaging method for the condensed aerosol fire suppression system?
Answer: Five layers of brown kraft paper cardboard box is required, It is necessary to affix a hazardous material level label on the outside of the box, And it is best to pack all products in wooden boxes to prevent collisions with other products.

Answer: our products is ire extinguisher, is a new kind of fire suppression system, so its international H.S code is 84.24.10.

16. What is the packing of your exported products?
Answer: The products we export through air freight and express delivery are packaged in Poly Long and high-quality cardboard boxes; We also use non fumigation wooden boxes for products exported by sea, in addition to Polylon and cardboard boxes.

17. What kind of certificates and approvlas do you have?
Answer: We have obtained some high-quality certificates for our aerosol extinguisher systems, but in order not to disclose trade secrets to competitors, it is not convenient to disclose them here. If you want to learn more about the certificates, please privately send information to our sales personnel.

18. What is the minimum order quantity and delivery time for your products?
Answer: The MOQ is decided by different product capacity, for small capacity one, the MOQ is 100 pieces, and for large capacity one, the MOQ is 10 pieces; In terms of delivery time, it usually takes 15 to 30 days by sea, and 7 to 10 days by air or express.

19. What information do i need to provide for a quotation? do you have a product quotation sheet?
Answer: Before quoting, you need to provide the project name, defense area size, or the size of the protected object, as well as their quantity; Furthermore, we will not provide blind quotations to customers, but will quote the most favorable prices based on actual needs and projects.

20. After buy the product, Can we know how to install the this product?
Answer: We have INSTALLATION MANUAL for you, after refer to it you will know how to install, this product is very easy to install, just a DO-IT-YOURSELF product.

23. How to become a distributor of your company? what are the benefits and applications conditions?
Answer:We welcome partners to negotiate agency agreements. For common agent relationship, as long as we sign an authorization letter to you, you can seel our products in your region; For exclusive distributor partnership, we generally require customers who have already worked with us and have completed a certain amount of sales tasks.
