    • Installation style: Wall mounted, to install on the wall or the ceiling above, better no more than 5 meters in height.

    Attention for operation:

    • Please read the “Installation Manual” carefully before doing the installation job.
    • The installation and commissioning job must be done by a professional skilled personnel.
    • After installation, the fire extinguishing system and its device shall not move with ease.
    • When there is a fire, people must evacuate from the fire protection zone immediately, and before escaping, people should close the doors and windows quickly.
    • The life span of this kind of aerosol device is about 7 to 10 years.
    • After the aerosol device is discharged, people should wear a pair of gloves to remove it clean the device up, and do not touch the cylinder in case of gets burned.
    • It is forbidden to take apart the device, in case of any accident.
    • The fire alarm system’s standby power is forbidden to discharge in continuing 24 hours and the standby power should change every 4 years.
    • The inspector should disconnect the fire alarm control systems to inspect the system yearly and keep it recorded.
    • Before installation, the installer should make sure the device is powered off.

    Attention for installation:

    • Because this wall-mounted fixed aerosol fire protection system device is needed to install on the wall or the top of the ceiling, and each device will be several tens of kilograms in gross weight, so when installing it take care and make sure to firmly fix the bracket and screws.
    • Better to Install it at least 1/2 high of the room height.
    • Make sure the left side discharging outlet and right side discharging outlet are without any obstacles.

    Device Maintenance
    to ensure the reliability of the hot aerosol fire extinguishing device, we should establish complete regulations for equipment inspection and maintenance, and make operation norms; the qualified inspector should inspect it and make a record regularly.
    During the maintenance period, the inspector must do an inspection job following relevant standards and specifications.
    1. Daily Maintenance (When the device is being in use)
    a. make sure the protection zone and fire alarm system control rooms are clean, dry, and well-ventilated.
    b. make sure the surface of the aerosol device and fire alarm control panel is without dust.
    c. check the nameplate of the aerosol device, that warning signs are intact, and that the check outlet of the aerosol device is not blocked.
    d. check whether the fire alarm system is at fault or not, or check whether it has an activation problem or not; if find any of the above problems, then please check and resolve it in time.
    2. Yearly Maintenance

    • Protection area opening situations, the aim of the protection area, protection types, quantities, and distribution of combustibles, factors should comply with fire protection standards and specifications.
    • Examine all aspects of the aerosol extinguishing devices, for example, to inspect whether all the components and parts are firmly fixed or not, and please clean up the device to make sure it will not have much dust.
    • After the aerosol units are put in use, their expiration date is about 7 to 10 years, after the expiration date, please try to contact the supplier for replacement.
